She graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw. She is a PhD student at the Warsaw School of Economics. In her thesis she analyses the role of cognitive and non-cognitive skills in the labour market. She worked at the Educational Research Institute before where she was involved in international research projects on the situation of youth in the labour market and the assessment of adults competences (PIAAC). She cooperated with OECD in the field of non-cognitive skills measurement. Her work at the Institute for Structural Research is focused on the evaluation of the youth labour market policies, the analysis of skills and gender wage gap.
In her free time she likes all types of skiing, sailing (recently mainly on the Zegrze Lake) and listening to the folk music.
