Marta holds a PhD in Economics (SGH Warsaw School of Economics). Her work at the Institute for Structural Research is focused on evaluating the youth labour market policies, the role of cognitive and non-cognitive skills, and gender wage gap analysis. She worked at the Educational Research Institute before, where she was involved in international research projects on youth in the labour market and the assessment of adult competencies (PIAAC). She cooperated with OECD in the field of non-cognitive skills measurement. She likes skiing, sailing and listening to folk music in her free time.
