Jan Frankowski
analyst
Ph.D. in social sciences, geographer and sociologist. His research explores the intersections of energy transition, housing, and regional studies, with particular focus on socio-spatial inequalities in access to energy services and the impacts of climate and energy policies on regions, cities, and households. With 12 years of experience in private, public, and NGO sectors, Jan coordinated and carried out several dozen of scientific and applied projects for international organisations, ministries, NGOs, and most Polish regional governments. He also served as an Assistant Professor at the Centre for European Regional and Local Studies (EUROREG) at the University of Warsaw.
