He graduated from international relations and post-graduate studies „Evaluation of Socio-Economic Development Programs” at the University of Warsaw. He previously worked at the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy and at the UNDP/ Global Compact Poland. His work at the Institute for Structural Research is focused on the evaluation of labour market instruments dedicated to young people. In his free time he swims, reads books and goes to the cinema.

We were in Girona on November 23rd and 24th at the meeting of the international research project Paths2Include. The project aims to investigate various aspects of discrimination in the labour market and develop recommendations to increase employment opportunities for people in vulnerable situations.

Gender norms and the perception of workers who use flexible work arrangements

This project aims to investigate whether workers who use flexible work arrangements are assessed negatively by their coworkers. Flexible work arrangements, which allow workers to decide where and when they work, are often presented as a solution that helps parents balance their professional careers and domestic duties. Evaluation of support provided for young people under the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development
