The project aimed at building an application which estimates pay differences between women and men performing the same job and working in the same company. In addition reports describing the measurment methodology of adjusted gender pay gap were prepared. The adjusted gender pay gap is the gender pay gap that controls for differences in characteristics of individuals such es education, experience etc. The final result of the project was the elaboration of the report illustrating most important tendencies in the gender wage gap in the Polish labour market.
