PhD candidate at the Collegium of Economic Analysis, SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and a graduate in Economics from SGH. Her research focuses on intergenerational mobility, socio-economic inequality, and the situation of vulnerable groups in the labour market. She is also interested in social policy evaluation and health economics, which led her to complete an internship at the Health Division of the OECD Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs. She has also undertaken a research stay at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Paths2Include – European Labour Markets under Pressure. New Knowledge on Pathways to Include Persons in Vulnerable Situations.

The Paths2Include project aims to understand the different forms of discrimination in European labour markets and to increase the employment opportunities of people at risk of exclusion from the labour market.

Designing the law implementing the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities

The project consists of the preparation of a draft law implementing the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). It obliges the states-parties to take all actions to implement the provisions and monitor their implementation, as well as to disseminate its provisions to raise awareness of citizens, including those with disabilities.
