Flexicurity pathways – building the strategic approach of social partners through mutual learning

The European employment strategy underlines the growing need to combine flexibility and security of workers. The ‘flexicurity’ attempts to find the right balance between those two aspects. Although an individual approach and a differentiated design are necessary, there are ‘flexicure’ measures that could cooperate universally. The project creates a platform of communication and enables data based comparison of lessons learnt by employers organizations from 3 targeted countries: Poland, Estonia and Hungary.
