October 30 2025
In October, we presented the results of the research conducted as part of the ENBLOC project for the first time. We shared the key findings of the research with both energy transition practitioners in multi-family buildings and the academic community.

On 16 October, Jan Frankowski presented the research results during the EUROREG seminar at the University of Warsaw.

Sabina Augustynowicz from the Administrator24 portal introduced the participants to the topic of the webinar, discussing selected examples of ambitious implementation of energy transition solutions in Polish housing cooperatives.

Jan Frankowski and Aleksandra Prusak from IBS presented the results of research conducted in cooperation with the Czech Technical University in Prague. They presented data on the progress of energy transition in housing cooperatives and the attitudes and opinions of residents regarding this type of investment.

Przemysław Rogiński from Rödl & Partner presented recommendations for accelerating the energy transition in housing cooperatives, as well as the prospects for their implementation.
