22nd Annual Conference of the European Association of Environmental and Resource Economists

The 22nd EAERE Conference took place in June this year in the historic buildings of the ETH Zurich in Switzerland.
EAERE is the association which gathers European economists working in the field of climate change and resource economics as well as ecological economics. Number of excelent presentaitons included studies on the impact of climate policy on economic growth, development of clean technologies and the valuation of ecological good.
Jan Witajewski-Baltvilks from Institute of Structural Research presented his article, coauthored with two researchers from Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei. The article describes the macroeconomic drivers and macroeconomic consequences of energy-saving technological progress.
