Symulacje makroekonomiczne dla Chile

Podczas warsztatów projektu TRANSrisk w Santiago (Chile) Marek Antosiewicz wygłosił referat o makroekonomicznych skutkach polityk przeciwdziałających zmianom klimatu (24.08.).

Celem warsztatów pt. „Measurement tools and risk management of uncertainties of climate change” było przedstawienie rezultatów prac dotyczących narzędzi pomiaru i zarządzania ryzykiem związanym ze zmianami klimatu. Podczas warsztatów skupiono się na ocenie wpływu polityk łagodzenia zmian klimatu na ubóstwo energetyczne w Chile. Organizatorami wydarzenia byli partnerzy projektu TRANSrisk – Centro Latinoamericano de Políticas Económicas y Sociales na Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Marek Antosiewicz z naszego Instytutu przedstawił symulacje makroekonomiczne dla chilijskiej gospodarki przygotowane w IBS. Poprowadził także szkolenie z użytkowania aplikacji „Mitigation Toolbox” przygotowanej przez zespół IBS. Aplikacja pozwala osobom nie będącym ekspertami makroekonomii w prowadzeniu symulacji makroekonomicznych na poziomie krajowym przy użyciu modelu MEMO dla Chile, Grecji i Polski. Narzędzie będzie wkrótce dostępne na naszej stronie.
