Ubóstwo energetyczne w Polsce – temat zastępczy czy realny problem?

Problemy z zaspokojeniem podstawowych potrzeb związanych z energią są codziennością wielu Polaków, lecz mimo to, pojęcie ubóstwa energetycznego w krajowej debacie jest nadal egzotyczne. W oparciu o przegląd literatury światowej publikacja odpowiada na główne argumenty kwestionujące sens tego pojęcia. W dalszej części prezentowane są najważniejsze wyniki z pomiaru tego zjawiska w Polsce. W konkluzji proponuje się dalsze badania oraz działania w sferze polityki publicznej, które pozwolą ograniczyć skalę problemu w Polsce.
