Workshop connected to COP24

On December 10 in Katowice (Poland) we will co-organise the workshop about coal transitions in Poland. Register by December 7.
We invite you to our workshop entitled “Coal Tranistions in Poland. What might feasible, fair and consistent with the Paris Agreement (below 2°C) pathways look like?”, connected to this year’s UN climate summit (COP24). The purpose of the event will be to present possible transformation pathways in the coal sector and their effects on the labour market and the energy security of Poland. We hope that a workshop with such a wide stakeholder representation will allow to formulate conclusions useful for designing future transition policies.
