The Aktywizacja Foundation hosted the consortium members at its headquarters in Warsaw.
During the NEVI-EVY meeting, researchers and activists involved in the project had the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the achievements and scope of work of each of the project’s institutions. Even short presentations on this topic opened up new opportunities for the exchange of knowledge, the building of a platform for cooperation, and the creation of new values for the project.
Katarzyna Lipowska IBS analysed the data collected so far and drew conclusions based on which further project activities will be planned. The Aktywizacja Foundation from Poland presented the already-tested Job Crafting model and its possibilities. The Aktywizacja Foundation from Poland and CenterKontura from Slovenia will modify, test and implement the developed model of professional activation of disabled people in practice.
In the next step, we discussed issues related to project communication and reaching out to beneficiary groups and other stakeholders. Mariano Soler Porta from EURYO presented the assumptions and components of the communication strategy and tools.
Finally, we agreed on the mode of operation within the project and planned further consortium activities.
Even after the first meeting, it was easy to see how beneficial the combination of the consortium partners’ experience, perspectives, and work could be. The meeting was extremely fruitful and inspiring. And the next steps will be taken soon
