Organised by the Municipality of Torres Vedras (COTV) and Universidade NOVA de Lisboa (NOVA), the meeting served to review project progress and coordinate activities for the final year of the project.
The specific objectives of the meeting were to:
1. review the project’s status, key gaps, and priorities before entering the final year;
2. discuss pilot municipalities’ activities and facilitate knowledge exchange;
3. present and discuss the Energy Poverty Monitoring System (EPMS), including its launch and replication strategy;
4. address potential project risks; and
5. gather partner feedback on project management and progress and discuss ongoing work.

The meeting strengthened cooperation among consortium partners and set a clear direction for the final year of the LOCATEE project. It enabled partners to assess progress, address challenges, and align efforts to successfully implement, launch, and replicate the EPMS. With defined priorities, agreed next steps, and a coordinated approach to communication, dissemination, and stakeholder engagement, the consortium reaffirmed its commitment to supporting EPMS implementation, facilitating replication in additional municipalities, and ensuring continued use of project tools and results beyond the project’s lifetime.
