Konferencja “Jobs and Development” 2018

11 i 12 maja w Bogocie (Kolumbia) odbędzie się konferencja dotycząca kluczowych zagadnień związanych z ekonomią rynku pracy. Jako współorganizatorzy zachęcamy do uczestnictwa online.

Ponad 100 ekspertów z ponad 25 krajów zaprezentuje wyniki swoich badań na Uniwersytecie Pontificia Universidad Javeriana w Bogocie (Kolumbia). Naukowcy oraz politycy będą dyskutować o zmianach na rynkach pracy na świecie w kontekście rosnącej migracji, globalizacji i przemian technologicznych. Zostaną poruszone również kwestie dotyczące: wzrostu gospodarczego, rozpowszechniania edukacji, zmian demograficznych, transformacji energetycznej.

Wśród prelegentów znajdą się przedstawiciele czołowych ośrodków akademickich i badawczych, m.in. Banku Światowego, Leibniz Institute for Economic Research (RWI), Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER), Development Policy Research Unit at University of Cape Town (DPRU), HKUST Institute for Emerging Market Studies (HKUST IEMS), Latin American and Caribbean Economic Association (LACEA) (→ program).
