ESPE is a scholarly organisation that brings together researchers from over 25 countries. It conducts studies in areas such as labour markets, education, health, demography, and public policy evaluation. The three-day conference delivered dozens of academic presentations on these topics.
During the conference, Mateusz Smoter from IBS presented findings from a study on men’s preferences regarding the use of parental leave. This is a joint work with Natalia Danzer and Iga Magda within the Beethoven project funded by the Polish National Science Centre (NCN) titled “GeNLaMO – Gender norms and labour market outcomes”.
* The project is funded by National Science Centre, Poland, under the BEETHOVEN CLASSIC 4 (2020/39/G/HS4/03138).
