
The third IBS Jobs Conference gathered over 70 researchers and policy-makers to discuss research results and policy challenges related to technological progress, demographic changes and labour.
26 speakers, seven from Poland and 19 from other countries, presented their research on:
- Jobs and wages polarization
- Tasks and occupational change
- Effects of ICT technology on employment and wages
- Gender inequalities
- Employment of older workers
