Open data: survey and experiment with multi-family building residents

The dataset includes survey and discrete choice experiment data on housing conditions, residents’ attitudes towards energy-related issues, and their preferences regarding investments in multi-apartment buildings in Poland and Czechia.

The data make it possible to analyse, among other issues, residents’ attitudes towards energy renovations, their willingness to bear associated costs, and their preferences regarding the organisation and financing of investments. They provide a valuable resource for research on housing, the energy transition, and collective decision-making in multi-apartment buildings.
