Survey on the employment of people with disabilities in the Nevi-Evy project

In Poland, the right to work is guaranteed by the Constitution and labour law. We mark both of these occasions in May. We celebrate, but what happens next? Well, when it comes to equal rights to work for all, the reality can vary.
Persons with disabilities are less likely to be employed than persons without disabilities. The disability employment gap across the EU-27 exceeded 24 p.p. in 2025 (source: Eurostat, Disability employment gap by level of activity limitation and sex [tepsr_sp200]).
To identify best practices and gaps for future policy attention, we prepared a survey aiming to understand initiatives and policies supporting young persons with disabilities on the labour market across the EU and within Member States. The survey was prepared as part of the NEVI-EVY project.
