Championing accessibility to clean heat

realization time: 02.2026 – 01.2027

The aim of the project is to assess the effectiveness of measures ensuring clean heating and improved air quality in European countries that rely on solid fuels.

In the project, we will:

  • carry out interviews with solid fuel users on their experiences of using coal, wood and pellets,
  • document local heating practices,
  • review Polish programmes to ensure better air quality and living conditions at home, with special attention paid to people with lower incomes.
