Piotr Lewandowski na Global Labor Market Conference

Trzecia edycja konferencji odbyła się 26-27 stycznia 2026 r. w Rijadzie w Arabii Saudyjskiej i zgromadziła ponad 18 000 uczestników z ponad 100 krajów.

Konferencja była poświęcona takim tematom, jak zmiany w handlu, mobilność pracowników, szara strefa, zmieniające się zapotrzebowanie na umiejętności czy wpływ sztucznej inteligencji na rynek pracy.

Piotr Lewandowski wygłosił przemówienie zatytułowane „Beyond Occupations: Measuring Tasks and Skills in Modern Labor Markets”.
W swoim wystąpieniu wyjaśnił, dlaczego dane dotyczące rynku pracy muszą wykraczać poza zawody i obejmować zadania, pokazał, w jaki sposób można zmodernizować badania rynku pracy i systemy informacyjne, aby lepiej uchwycić zmiany technologiczne i nowe formy pracy, oraz przedstawił nowe dowody na różnice między krajami w zakresie ekspozycji pracowników na nowe technologie.
