IBS research at the Gender Gaps Conference 2025

On 12–13 September, Warsaw hosted the international Gender Gaps Conference 2025, at which IBS was represented by Iga Magda.

The conference brought together researchers who are analysing gender inequality in the labour market. Iga Magda from IBS presented the results of a study on men’s preferences regarding the use of parental leave. The study is being conducted together with Natalia Danzer and Mateusz Smoter as part of the Beethoven project of the National Science Centre entitled ‘GeNLaMO—Gender norms and labour market outcomes’.

The National Science Centre is funding the project as part of the BEETHOVEN CLASSIC 4 competition (registration number 2020/39/G/HS4/03138).
