IBS hosts the ELMI 2025 Conference

This year, the meeting of ELMI – a scientific network of research centres – will be held in Warsaw. IBS, one of the initiators of the network, will host Anna Salomons and Michel Serafinelli, who will give opening lectures at the two-day conference.

This year’s third international scientific conference of the ELMI network, ‘Jobs, Skills, and Productivity in Structural Transformations’, is organised by the Institute for Structural Research (IBS), the Institute for Employment Research (IAB) and the Luxembourg Institute for Social and Economic Research (LISER). We invite leading social scientists to discuss challenges related to employment, skills mismatches and upskilling, social cohesion, and public policy responses to industrial and structural transformations.

The following keynote speakers will open the conference:
