IBS Research Results Presented at the Public Consultation Conference on the Social Climate Plan

Jakub Sokołowski participated in the public consultation conference on the draft Social Climate Plan (PSK), organised by the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy.

During the event, Jakub Sokołowski presented findings from the Institute for Structural Research (IBS), commissioned by the Ministry. The research focused on diagnosing energy poverty and designing principles for targeting support to households through direct cash transfers.

The IBS analysis was the foundation for the Plan’s compensatory component, which allocates 37.5% of the Social Climate Fund to direct support for households at risk of energy poverty.
