Sprawiedliwa transformacja – rozpoczynamy nowy projekt międzynarodowy

W ramach Europejskiej Inicjatywy Ochrony Klimatu (EUKI) wraz z partnerami z Bułgarii, Niemiec, Rumunii i Węgier zbadamy wpływ kosztów emisji dwutlenku węgla na odbiorców szczególnie narażonych na wzrost cen energii.

Skupimy się zwłaszcza na problemie ubóstwa energetycznego i mechanizmach łagodzenia negatywnych skutków opodatkowania emisji dwutlenku węgla, w tym na idei redystrybucji dodatkowych dochodów podatkowych. Planujemy także przeprowadzenie konsultacji społecznych na temat kluczowych ustaleń z właściwymi decydentami na szczeblu krajowym i unijnym, tak aby wypracowane rozwiązania włączyć do polityk publicznych.

Nasz rolą w projekcie będzie modelowanie ilościowe i analizy mikrosymulacyjne efektów opodatkowania emisji, a także koordynowanie wymiany wiedzy z interesariuszami w Polsce.
