IBS is a co-organiser of the panel session titled:

„The Role of Local Governments in Reducing Energy Poverty”

According to recent research, 17% of Poles are not able to pay electricity or heating energy bills. From local governments’ point of view this phenomenon could be partly responsible for increasing health care costs, increase the scale of the air pollution and could be the problem for energy sector. The representatives of local governments, NGO’s and scientists will discuss about effective methods of reducing energy poverty.

We will announce the speakers soon.
