How to Successfully Support Professional Inclusion of Young Persons with Disabilities through the Job Crafting Model – Nevi-Evy webinar

September 8 2025
On 18 September, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the Aktywizacja Foundation will present a preliminary version of the Job Crafting model, a tool for specialists involved in the professional activation of young people with disabilities.

The meeting will be held under the auspices of the NEVI-EVY project. During the webinar, the main assumptions of the model and tools supporting young people in finding and maintaining employment will be presented.

We look forward to receiving comments, opinions and recommendations from professionals in this field. Thanks to them, we want to develop the tool further and discuss the possibilities of applying it in other EU countries.

🟠The webinar will be conducted in English. Working groups in Polish are also planned.
🟠The event is aimed at non-governmental organisations (NGOs), civil society organisations (CSOs), public employment services (PES) and other entities supporting the professional inclusion of young people with disabilities.

The Job Crafting model, developed as part of the NEVI-EVY partnership (European Social Fund project) in cooperation with IBS – Institute for Structural Research, European Rural Youth Observatory, and Centerkontura from Slovenia, has the potential to become an effective tool for shaping the professional development of young people with disabilities.

The European Union co-founded the NEVI-EVY project under the Social Innovation+ Initiative.
