Congress on Urban and Regional Policy

The Congress on Urban and Regional Policy was held in Krakow on October 7-8.

Aleksandra Prusak and Jan Frankowski participated in a poster session, presenting a tool developed as part of the CARE – Carbon-neutral and Affordable Retrofits for Everyone in Need project in cooperation with the Capital City of Warsaw and C40 Cities. The tool enables comprehensive diagnosis and planning of municipal building renovation sequences using administrative data.

The presented tool will soon be further developed and scaled within the framework of the LIFE LOCATEE project in Rumia (Poland), Piraeus (Greece) and Torres Vedras (Portugal) to support local governments in alleviating energy poverty by retrofitting private multifamily buildings.
