IBS Study Presented at the Conference “Accessible Worlds: Disability, Culture, Everyday Life”

The conference focused on the cultural, social, and spatial dimensions of disability, as well as ways in which people with disabilities participate in social and public life. It brought together researchers working on topics such as government policy toward people with disabilities and inclusive practices in various areas of social life.

Mateusz Smoter presented the results of a study on equal opportunity in recruitment, which was conducted as part of the project “Equality in Access to Employment: A Mail Survey on Discrimination Against People with Disabilities.”

The project is funded by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities (Agreement No.: BEA/000080/BF/D).
