IBS shares its experience in evaluating support programmes for young people

October 31 2025
On 28–30 October 2025, Warsaw hosted a seminar entitled ‘Empowering Insights: Enhancing Education, Employment and Youth Guarantee Monitoring’.

The meeting aimed to strengthen the competencies of Ukrainian stakeholders responsible for monitoring policies in the field of education and youth employment. Participants discussed the issue of administrative data and its potential use in evaluating public policies.

Mateusz Smoter from IBS presented our experience in evaluating active labour market policies targeting young people from the NEET group and the realities of the European labour market, which we studied as part of international projects: Youth Employment Partnership, WeLaR, and Paths2Include.

The event was organised by the European Training Foundation (ETF) in cooperation with the EU Program “Supporting Education Reforms and Skills in the Eastern Partnership (SER)” and the ETF Task Force for Ukraine.
