Across the EU, 51.3% of people with disabilities are employed. Meanwhile, in Poland, for example, only 43% of this population is employed. Among young adults with disabilities, 51% are not in employment, education or training (NEET) – the highest percentage in Europe.
Katarzyna Lipowska from IBS undertook this complex task. Her study shows what factors and motivations influence the employment of people with disabilities.
