July 1 2024
Delegations from ten countries came to Brussels. Zuzanna Kowalik was tasked with preparing a short report summarizing practices in Poland. The event’s host, Belgium, presented its solutions and assessed their effectiveness. Selected countries that have implemented interesting legislative solutions also presented their approaches.
The event provided an opportunity to share experiences and information on various legislative and regulatory approaches implemented by member states to prevent and protect workers from psychosocial risks. Participants discussed which regulatory approaches might work best and what they see as possible obstacles to their implementation.
