Badanie CAWI przeprowadzono w maju i czerwcu 2026 r. Zaproszenia do udziału w badaniu wysłano do służb zatrudnienia (PES), ośrodków rehabilitacji zawodowej, podmiotów świadczących usługi specjalnie dla osób niepełnosprawnych oraz innych organizacji zajmujących się kwestiami związanymi z zatrudnieniem osób niepełnosprawnych (organizacje pozarządowe, instytuty badawcze). Udostępniono wersje w językach angielskim, włoskim, polskim, portugalskim i hiszpańskim.
