The first dataset, Housing cooperatives and the energy transition in Poland and Czechia: ENBLOC qualitative data, includes qualitative materials from 61 interviews and meetings conducted in Poland and Czechia between 2023 and 2025. The second dataset, Housing conditions, residents’ attitudes and preferences towards investments in multi-apartment buildings in Poland and Czechia: ENBLOC Survey and discrete choice experiment data, contains survey and discrete choice experiment data on housing conditions, residents’ attitudes, and preferences towards investments in multi-apartment buildings. The datasets provide a valuable resource for research on housing, the energy transition, and the governance of multi-apartment buildings. Further information about the datasets and access conditions is available through the Zenodo repository.
The ENBLOC project is implemented by the Institute for Structural Research (IBS) and the Czech Technical University in Prague and funded by the Polish National Science Centre under the OPUS programme within the Weave initiative (2021/43/I/HS4/03185).
