Discrimination in the recruitment process refers to the unfair treatment of job candidates based on characteristics such as gender, age, race, ethnic origin, religion, or disability. It can manifest itself through favoring certain social groups at the expense of others or applying restrictions that prevent them from having equal access to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our study aims to examine whether individuals with disabilities who apply for jobs in Poland have fewer chances of being hired than those with identical qualifications but without disabilities.
