We conduct many research studies in collaboration with Polish universities and other institutions and participate in international projects. Our role in partnership with other entities differs within each project: we can act as project leaders, participants or donors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our economic analysis knowledge supported public administration representatives <br>looking for a thorough analysis of the outcomes of introduced policies and grounds for merit talks <br>on the planned public policy. Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway funded the project under the EEA Youth Employment Fund and the Norwegian Funds. The Fund was established to promote sustainable <br>and high-quality youth employment in Europe. The project resulted in numerous publications, workshops, seminars and courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conference in Brussels was the project&#8217;s crowning achievement, which attracted representatives of numerous research centres and government institutions from national and pan-European levels as well as representatives of NGOs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YOUTH EMPLOYMENT POLICY CONFERENCE - CONCLUSIONS\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XiqKmzFMQ24?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:30px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/jobsanddevelopmentconference.org\">Jobs and Development: Creating Multi-Disciplinary Solutions<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is a network of numerous research institutions closely cooperating under the auspices of <br>the World Bank with representatives of authorities in countries scattered around the world. <br><a href=\"https:\/\/ibs.org.pl\/en\/research\/jobs-and-development-creating-multi-disciplinary-solutions\/\">IBS is one of the most active members and co-organizers of events<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program aims to contribute to the emergence of interdisciplinary solutions for job challenges worldwide. Supporting the cooperation of researchers, private sector representatives, trade unions, and other partners helps tackle the labour market challenges. The network of contacts allows <br>for sharing experiences and developing and providing tools and solutions to enhance the global dialogue on employment strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jobs and Development members meet each year at a different place in the world at a large conference. The analysts concentrate on the example of four EU Member States (Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland and Romania) with higher than the EU average level of dependence <br>on fossil fuels and higher than the EU intermediate level of energy poverty.
