He showed that robotisation had a small contribution to&nbsp;the overall changes in household income inequality from 2006 \u2013 2018. The effects of technological change were alleviated by household composition and redistribution via tax-benefit systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maciej Albinowski presented&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ibs.org.pl\/en\/publications\/the-impact-of-ict-and-robots-on-labour-market-outcomes-of-demographic-groups-in-europe\/\">the paper on age- and gender-specific effects of technology adoption on employment and wages<\/a>&nbsp;(co-author: Piotr Lewandowski). ICT capital and robots improve the labour market outcomes of young and prime-aged women. Women 60+ and men 30-49, on the other hand, are&nbsp;relatively losing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sixth edition of the TASKS conference took place on the 15<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;and 16<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;of September.<br>It brought together economists researching the labour market effects of digital and ecological transformation processes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":6470,"template":"","news_type":[308],"class_list":["post-7796","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","news_type-conference"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
