We focused on the differences in trends in wage dispersion, income inequality and wealth inequality in Poland compared to the situation in other European countries. Goraus-Ta\u0144ska<\/strong>&nbsp;(WNE UW) &#8211;&nbsp; Non-compliance of the minimum wage and wage gap between women and men in Europe&nbsp;<em>(only in Polish)<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In the second part of the seminar&nbsp;<strong>Micha\u0142 Brzezi\u0144ski<\/strong>&nbsp;(University of Warsaw, Institute for Structural Research \u2013 IBS),&nbsp;<strong>Marek Ko\u015bny<\/strong>&nbsp;(Wroc\u0142aw University of Economics, National Development Council \u2013 NRR),&nbsp;<strong>Piotr Lewandowski<\/strong>&nbsp;(Institute for Structural Research \u2013 IBS) and&nbsp;<strong>Ryszard Szarfenberg&nbsp;<\/strong>(University of Warsaw, EAPN Poland)&nbsp;discussed about the&nbsp;policy instruments which could be used to reduce the level of inequality, inequality in access to education, basic income etc.&nbsp;The discussion was chaired by&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Grzegorz Siemionczyk<\/strong>&nbsp;(Pariet, Rzeczpospolita).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The summary of
