Thus, depending on the choice of measure, different groups of Polish households are at greatest risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the first session of the seminar the experts in the fields of Social Policy, Sociology and Energy will comment our research. Then, during the second session, we will discuss the place of fuel poverty in public policy. The following speakers confirmed their participation in a panel discussion:&nbsp;<strong>Mr Bartosz Marczuk<\/strong>&nbsp;, Undersecretary of State at Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy,&nbsp;<strong>Zbigniew Bondarczuk&nbsp;<\/strong>(Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction),&nbsp;<strong>Mr Arkadiusz Szyma\u0144ski<\/strong>&nbsp;(Ministry of Energy),&nbsp;<strong>Ms Anna Bednarska<\/strong>&nbsp;(Energy Regulatory Office),&nbsp;<strong>Mr Boles\u0142aw Meluch<\/strong>&nbsp;(The Polish Bank Association) and&nbsp;<strong>Jacek Grunt-Mejer<\/strong>&nbsp;(The Municipal Office of Warsaw).
