Younger cohorts contributed most of the overall increase in non-routine cognitive tasks, so it is them who are likely benefiting from new types of jobs created by technological progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What was the role played by tertiary education boom?
