However, according to demographic projections, Poland is one of three EU countries whose workforce will shrink the most. The number of people at working age will fall by 4.6 million by 2040. Thus, there will be fewer people on the labour market, but they will be better educated and more productive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.worldbank.org\/jobs\/poland-s-educational-boom-and-what-it-means-future-employment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World Bank published a&nbsp;new blog post by P.
