It brought together researchers working on topics such as government policy toward people with disabilities and inclusive practices in various areas of social life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mateusz Smoter presented the results of a study on equal opportunity in recruitment, which was conducted as part of the project \u201cEquality in Access to Employment: A Mail Survey on Discrimination Against People with Disabilities.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project is funded by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities (Agreement No.: BEA\/000080\/BF\/D).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":57707,"template":"","news_type":[308,2859],"class_list":["post-57605","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","news_type-conference","news_type-conference-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.4 -
