The second dataset, <a href=\"https:\/\/zenodo.org\/records\/22097143\"><em>Housing conditions, residents&#8217; attitudes and preferences towards investments in multi-apartment buildings in Poland and Czechia: ENBLOC Survey and discrete choice experiment data<\/em><\/a>, contains survey and discrete choice experiment data on housing conditions, residents\u2019 attitudes, and preferences towards investments in multi-apartment buildings. The datasets provide a valuable resource for research on housing, the energy transition, and the governance of multi-apartment buildings.
