Persons with disabilities are less likely to be employed than persons without disabilities. The disability employment gap across the EU-27 exceeded 24 p.p. in 2025 (source: Eurostat,\u00a0Disability employment gap by level of activity limitation and sex [tepsr_sp200]).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To identify best practices and gaps for future policy attention, we prepared a survey aiming to understand initiatives and policies supporting young persons with disabilities on the labour market across the EU and within Member States. The survey was prepared as part of the NEVI-EVY <\/strong><\/a>project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
