Foundation shared their knowledge on supporting young people with disabilities from the NEET group in the labour market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the NEVI-EVY project (European Social Fund project), which aims to test the job crafting model created and used by the Aktywizacja Foundation, Centerkontura is tasked with implementing the model for the needs of people with disabilities in Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the study visit, specialists from Slovenia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>learned about job crafting tools,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exchanged experiences with a job crafter from the Aktywizacja Foundation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>took part in simulations of various types of disabilities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>visited the Invisible Exhibition with us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"854\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 480 \/ 854;\" width=\"480\" controls
