Designing ETS2 Revenue Recycling to Reduce Energy Poverty in Poland\u201d<\/em> at the FREECE Workshop 2025 \u201cThe Economics of Inequality and the Environment\u201d, a one-day workshop organised by the Forum for Research on Eastern Europe: Climate and Environment (FREECE) and the Stockholm Institute of Transition Economics (SITE) at the Stockholm School of Economics on 28 November 2025.
