It conducts studies in areas such as labour markets, education, health, demography, and public policy evaluation. The three-day conference delivered dozens of academic presentations on these topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the conference, Mateusz Smoter from IBS presented findings from a study on men\u2019s preferences regarding the use of parental leave.
