Jakub Soko\u0142owski (IBS) presented main project assumptions and then the discussion part took place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The discussion centred on the project&#8217;s structure and initial challenges, particularly in relation to multifamily apartment buildings. The participants emphasized the need for administrative data to identify energy poverty issues and the role of pilot municipalities in testing the LOCATEE toolkit. The ongoing dialogue with municipalities and the collection of data to inform roadmap for energy efficiency improvements in multi-family buildings were also outlined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The board explored strategies for gathering data to build energy poverty indicators. The members highlighted the challenges of obtaining accurate qualitative measures, income-related indicators, and suggested integrating local knowledge and resources to enhance the project deliverables, using examples from various countries.
