Iga Magda presented the results of a study showing how skills influence various aspects of employment among people with disabilities or health conditions. Mateusz Smoter summarised the preliminary results of a qualitative survey we are conducting among employers and recruiters in Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, we discussed with partners from Germany, Norway and Romania the next steps of a survey among employers, which will show whether job candidates in these countries face discrimination based on origin, gender or caring responsibilities. The survey is currently in the implementation phase. We heard two presentations on the factors that increase the risk of unemployment and inactivity and provided comments on the data.
