In the panel, joined by Milen Damianova, Coordinator of the Emissions Trading System at the European Commission, and Karolina Kolarova, Analyst at the European Venture Philanthropy Association, Jakub Soko\u0142owski presented findings from IBS research concerning the social consequences of ambitious climate policies.
