His PhD thesis entitled &#8220;Efficiency of R&amp;D spending in Poland and other EU countries&#8221; was prepared under the supervision of Edyta Ma\u0142ecka-Ziembi\u0144ska, Associate Professor at UEP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The thesis focuses on: the measurement and evaluation of the efficiency of R&amp;D spending in European Union countries, identification of factors influencing this efficiency and preparing policy recommendations for the Polish economy in the field of R&amp;D organisation and instruments supporting R&amp;D in the economy.
